Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using AutoAlpha ("the Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
AutoAlpha provides a web-based tool that extracts publicly available car listing data from UK car marketplaces, structures it, and presents market analysis to registered users. The Service is provided on a credits-based and subscription basis as described on the Pricing page.
You must be at least 18 years old and resident in the United Kingdom (or otherwise legally permitted to enter contracts in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. By registering, you confirm you meet these requirements.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:
Payments are processed by Stripe. All prices are in GBP and inclusive of any applicable VAT. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance and renew automatically until cancelled.
If you are not satisfied with the Service within the first 30 days of your first paid subscription, contact us at hello@autoalpha.co.uk for a full refund. After 30 days, payments are non-refundable but you may cancel at any time to prevent future charges.
Top-up credit purchases are non-refundable once credits have been used.
The data presented by AutoAlpha is sourced from live public listings and is provided for informational purposes only. We make no guarantee that the data is complete, accurate, or up to date. You should independently verify any information before making a financial decision, including before purchasing a vehicle.
The AutoAlpha platform, including its design, code, and analysis methodology, is our intellectual property. The underlying listing data is sourced from third-party platforms and remains subject to their respective terms. You may use exported data for your own personal or business research but may not redistribute it commercially.
We aim to maintain a high level of uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate the Service at any time for maintenance, security reasons, or changes to the underlying marketplace APIs. In the event of extended planned downtime, we will provide advance notice by email where possible.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AutoAlpha shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Service, including (but not limited to) losses arising from reliance on inaccurate data, vehicle purchase decisions, or service unavailability. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, misuse the Service, or if required by law. On termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Credits remaining in a terminated account are forfeited.
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
